Telegram — 2026-08-28

Jose's Telegram with Founder AI (main session). Draft for the second brain. Not a transcript of tool calls. Secrets redacted.

15:09 — Jose

What agents are on the system

15:10 — Founder

You have 15 AI employees on the system, all active. Nobody is running anything right now.

Operating team (11)

  • CEO — company ops, weekly priorities
  • Finance — runway, pricing, expenses
  • Marketing — campaigns, content, positioning
  • Revenue — quotes, pipeline, leads
  • CTO — architecture, technical direction
  • DevOps — automations, n8n, WordPress
  • Programmer — app/software builds
  • Customer Support — tickets, client replies
  • Project Manager — plans for your approval
  • Research — approved research briefs
  • Security — watches your sites, reports issues

Platform team (4, Mission Control)

  • Dashboard Product Manager
  • Mission Control Engineer
  • QA & Security Reviewer
  • Knowledge & Memory Architect

One thing waiting on you: the Project Manager wrote a plan for a "Research AI" card (a 400–600 word cited overview of AI history, core concepts, and trends). It's sitting in Ready awaiting your approval — Research won't start until you say yes. Want to approve it, or discard that card?

15:18 — Jose

Can you create a health ai agent

15:18 — Founder

Let me look at how employees are registered first.

15:22 — Founder

Here's the proposal before I touch anything.

New employee: Health (Systems Health Analyst) — read-only monitor that checks sites, Mission Control, and automations, then reports. It never fixes anything; changes stay with you.

Registry entry (mirrors Security's guardrails, tightened):

"health-agent": {
  "name": "Health",
  "title": "Systems Health Analyst",
  "department": "Operating",
  "business_ids": ["lobodesk", "rodeno", "tang-soo-do-karate"],

"tang-soo-do-karate": ["employees/health-agent (rw)", "wiki (rw)", "schema (ro)"]
  }
}

Role brief (roles/health-agent.md):

  • Do: probe public sites + Mission Control, check automation status, report up/degraded/down with timestamps, write wiki drafts when you want fin … (truncated)

16:12 — Jose

Will it have the same security as other agents and who will it communicate with

16:13 — Founder

Yes on security — same baseline as the other 14, plus a stricter overlay.

Security model:

  • Global policy applies to every employee automatically: no [redacted]s access, no Docker socket, no credential export; founder approval required for deploys, database writes, Caddy, DNS, spending, destructive actions. Health inherits all of that.
  • Its own policy on top is tighter than most: code writing prohibited, no publishing customer content, no webhooks, no checkout links — denied outright, not just "needs approval." Its only powers are checking and reporting.
  • It runs as an isolated, read-only child each time — same sandbox pattern as Security. No exceptions.

Communication:

  • It talks to me only (Founder AI). It never talks to you directly in Telegram and never to other employees.
  • Flow: I assign it a check → it runs in isolation → returns findings → I review the work → I report to you in plain language.
  • Nothing it says reaches anyone until I've reviewed it. If you want a finding made durable, it writes a wiki draft in that business's vault — one business per report, never mixed.

So it's effectively a sensor: probes, reports, goes quiet. All fixes and follow-up still route through me to you.

Ready to build it on your go.

16:16 — Jose

Ok build

16:17 — Founder

Registry backed up. Adding the employee now.

16:18 — Founder

Registry updated. Now the role brief.

16:19 — Founder

Role brief in place. Verifying everything now.

16:20 — Founder

Done. Health is on the roster and verified.

Built:

  • ✅ Registered as employee #16 — Systems Health Analyst, all 3 businesses (LoboDesk, Rodeno, Tang Soo Do)
  • ✅ Role brief written: check and report only — no fixes, no infrastructure changes
  • ✅ 3 workspace folders created, one per business
  • ✅ Snapshot of the roster taken before the change (rollback-ready)

Verified:

  • Roster count: 16 ✓
  • Security: same global baseline as everyone (no [redacted]s, no Docker, no credential export) + 6 items denied outright — code writing, webhooks, publishing content, checkout links, [redacted]s, Docker ✓
  • Can execute: yes on all 3 businesses ✓
  • Not touched: global policy, other 15 employees, board data ✓

It's idle right now — it only works when I assign it a check, and everything it reports comes back through me first. Want a first assignment, like a full health sweep across your sites and automations?

16:30 — Jose

What can the health AI agent do

16:30 — Founder

Health is a checker and reporter. It never fixes anything — that's the design.

What it does:

  • Sites — probes every public site in the stack, reports up / degraded / down with timestamps
  • Mission Control — checks reachability and auth state (401 = healthy, since basic auth is on; a 200 would be a warning)
  • Automations — checks n8n workflow status and recent run failures when you ask
  • Findings — writes short health reports as wiki drafts when you want something on record

What it can't do:

  • No fixing, no restarts, no workflow changes
  • No Caddy, DNS, Docker, certs, or credentials
  • No publishing content, no webhooks, no checkout links
  • No mixing one business's info into another's notes

How it works: idle by default. I assign it a check → it runs isolated → findings come back through me → I review → you get the plain-language version. If you want a finding saved, it goes in that business's vault.

Typical asks: "run a health sweep," "check Rodeno's sites," "why did automations fail last night" — it investigates and tells you, then hands off to whoever would fix it.

16:32 — Jose

I wanted an ai for personal health

16:33 — Founder

Got it — I read "health" as system health. My miss. Here's the fix path.

One constraint first: your AI employees are business-scoped (LoboDesk, Rodeno, Tang Soo Do) — "personal" isn't a business and can't be one. So a personal health AI works differently: it runs through me against your personal vault, not as a company employee.

Two options:

1. Personal health through me (recommended)

  • Keep the systems Health agent as-is (it's idle, costs nothing, useful for site/automation checks)
  • I add a health zone to your personal vault — workouts, sleep, weight, meds, habits — with a deterministic tracker like your priorities and waiting-on tools
  • You say "log chest day," "how's my sleep trend," "did I take creatine" — I log and answer in chat

2. Swap the agent

  • Rename the systems one to "Systems," make "Health" the personal one
  • Still needs the personal vault zone from option 1 — the name change is cosmetic

What I need from you either way:

  • What should it track? (workouts, nutrition, sleep, weight, meds/supplements, habits — any mix)
  • Authorization to write a health zone in your personal vault — that vault is read-only until you explicitly open areas

Which option, and what do you want tracked?

16:44 — Jose

Can you also make another Ai agent. You can modify to make it better and fix anything you feel is not going to work .

Extend the existing Autism Research & Evidence Agent with a production-ready Nutrient Deficiency + Speech, Language & Communication Research Module.

Do NOT create this as a separate isolated system.

It should plug into:

/opt/hermes/workspaces/autism-evidence/

and use the same research database, evidence grading, safety controls, PubMed collection, ClinicalTrials.gov collection, n8n workflows, and Telegram interface.

The goal is to answer questions such as:

“If a child with autism has a vitamin or mineral deficiency, is there evidence that correcting it could affect speech or language?”

“What deficiencies have been associated with language development?”

“Which vitamins, minerals, supplements, medications, or interventions have been studied for speech in autistic children?”

“Does correcting iron deficiency improve developmental function?”

“Is folate or folinic acid associated with language changes in a particular subgroup?”

“What evidence exists for B12 and speech?”

IMPORTANT:

Never automatically assume that a person has a deficiency.

Never diagnose deficiency from symptoms alone.

Never state that taking a vitamin will improve speech unless the evidence specifically supports that conclusion.

================================================== CORE MODEL

Build the research relationship as:

NUTRIENT / BIOLOGICAL FACTOR ↓ DEFICIENCY OR ABNORMALITY ↓ HOW IT IS MEASURED ↓ POPULATION STUDIED ↓ CORRECTION / INTERVENTION ↓ FUNCTIONAL OUTCOME ↓ AUTISM-SPECIFIC EVIDENCE ↓ GENERAL PEDIATRIC EVIDENCE ↓ SAFETY ↓ EVIDENCE GRADE

================================================== CRITICAL DISTINCTION

Always separate these two questions:

QUESTION A:

“ … (truncated)

16:47 — Founder

Before building anything, I checked whether the base system exists. It doesn't — on this machine.

What I verified:

  • /opt/hermes/workspaces/autism-evidence/ — doesn't exist. There's no workspaces directory at all.
  • Searched the entire Hermes data tree for anything autism-related (files, databases, cron jobs, kanban, memories, n8n backups, session history) — zero matches.
  • Registered businesses: only LoboDesk, Rodeno, Tang Soo Do. No research business.
  • No PubMed/ClinicalTrials collectors, no evidence database, no /speechresearch Telegram setup anywhere.

So there's nothing to extend — no database, no collectors, no workflows, no Telegram interface. I won't pretend to "modify" a system that isn't here, and I won't fabricate a fake one to look complete.

Where do we go from here — your call:

A. Build it fresh here — I create the workspace and build the whole thing: real PubMed + ClinicalTrials.gov collectors (public APIs, real PMIDs only), SQLite evidence database with your full schema (nutrients, deficiency markers, Question A vs B evidence separation, speech-outcome flags, subgroups), evidence grading, safety rails, /speechresearch reachable from Telegram through me. Your spec becomes the v1 design, minus the "extend existing" part. This is a real build — I'd propose the plan and get your approval before writing code.

B. It lives on another server — if the agent exists on a different VPS or machine, point me at it and I'll extend it there.

C. Register it as its own business + AI employee — gives it its own vault, boundaries, and roster identity like Rodeno has, with the research system underneath.

Which one?

16:48 — Jose

A build a fresh one

16:50 — Founder

Plan for the fresh build. Nothing gets written until you say go.

Location: /opt/data/autism-evidence/ — clean, persistent, agent-writable. Your spec's /opt/hermes/workspaces/ path needs a root install; if you want it there later, you move it and I rewire. Everything else in the spec stands.

What gets built:

1. Database (SQLite) — your full table list, normalized, no duplication: nutrients + aliases, deficiency markers (biomarker, test, units, thresholds, threshold sources, age notes, controversy flags), speech/language outcome taxonomy (all 17 speech outcomes + related domains), speech measurement tools, deficiency-outcome evidence, correction options, biological subgroups, biomarker results, evidence assessment history, safety notes. Studies table stores real PMIDs/DOIs/NCTs with study type, blinding, placebo, control, sample, ages.

2. Collectors — live NCBI E-utilities (PubMed) + ClinicalTrials.gov API v2, throttled to their rate limits. All 14 of your query combos plus broader pediatric deficiency searches. Dedup by PMID/NCT. Animal studies flagged and separated. Negative studies included — no positivity filter.

3. Evidence model — Question A (correcting confirmed deficiency) and Question B (supplementing non-deficient) stored as separate evidence records with separate grades. No cross-transfer, enforced in code, not just policy. Speech flags per study: directly measured / primary / secondary / incidental. General autism severity scores can never count as speech evidence. Subgroup evidence labeled, never generalized.

4. Grading — deterministic rules from real study properties: design, blinding, placebo, sample size, replication, direct speech measurement, autism-specific vs general pediatric. Grades A–E per nutrient × question-ty … (truncated)

16:54 — Jose

Go

16:55 — Founder

Building. Starting with tracking and a live network check, since the collectors depend on it.

16:57 — Founder

Network is live — PubMed returns 440 hits on vitamin D + autism, and the trials API is already surfacing real folinic-acid/leucovorin autism trials. Both collectors will work.

17:00 — Jose

[System: The previous response was cut off by a network error mid-stream. Continue exactly where you left off. Do not restart or repeat prior text. Finish the answer directly.]

17:00 — Founder

Schema is live — 19 tables. Now seed data.

17:01 — Founder

Seeded: 18 nutrients, 74 aliases, 25 biomarker rows, 27 outcomes, 24 measurement tools, 11 subgroups, 17 safety notes. Now the collectors.

17:01 — Founder

DOI collision bug — two PMIDs sharing one DOI (errata/duplicates). Fixing: DOI becomes non-unique, dedupe stays on PMID.

17:04 — Founder

Found it — SQLite's rename followed the FK references to studies_old, which I then dropped. The links' FK definitions point at a ghost table. Rebuilding the five child tables to point at studies again, preserving all rows.

17:12 — Founder

Validation runs in the background (DOI checks are deliberately slow — one polite HEAD request per DOI). Meanwhile, the query engine for test queries and Telegram answering.

17:13 — Founder

All 9 queries return real data with real PMIDs. Two quality problems to fix before calling it done: commentary/review papers leaking into RCT filters (no publication-type field), and a false-positive "confirmed deficiency" match on an iron trial that supplemented healthy infants. Fixing both.

17:16 — Founder

All 1,499 PMIDs verified real — zero missing. DOI checks still running. Checking the pubtypes backfill.

17:16 — Founder

The 2026 letter is out of Q7 — 9 genuine RCTs remain. One more correctness fix: the iron RCT supplemented breastfed infants at risk, not confirmed-deficient children — my regex bucketed it as Question A. That's exactly the A/B error the spec forbids. Tightening the confirmation rule.

17:17 — Founder

A/B separation now correct — the breastfed-infant RCT sits in Question B where it belongs. One last tightening: registered trial protocols (no results yet) shouldn't back an evidence grade. Excluding them from grading.

17:38 — Founder

VALIDATION: PASS — every identifier real, all integrity rules green. Final counts for the report.

17:38 — Founder

Build complete. Final report, per your spec's 10-point format:

1. Files created (all in /opt/data/autism-evidence/, 4.6 MB total)

  • schema.sql — 19-table normalized schema
  • seed.py — nutrients/aliases/biomarkers/outcomes/tools/subgroups/safety
  • collect.py — PubMed + ClinicalTrials.gov collectors (throttled, deduped, retries)
  • classify.py — study typing, autism/animal flags, speech-outcome links, subgroups
  • recalibrate.py — NLM publication-type corrections
  • grade.py — deterministic grading with hard A/B separation
  • validate.py — citation verification + integrity rules
  • query.py — the 9 spec test queries
  • ask.py — question/answer engine (Telegram-facing)
  • README.md, evidence.db

2. Database migrations: initial schema + 2 in-flight fixes (DOI uniqueness dropped — errata share DOIs; pubtypes column added for NLM-verified study typing).

3. Hermes agents added: none — you chose fresh build, not employee registration. Say the word if you want it as a roster employee.

4. n8n workflows added: zero (out of scope v1, as agreed).

5. Telegram commands: /speechresearch <topic> + natural-language questions — routed through me to the engine. No separate bot.

6. Studies collected: 1,887 (1,499 PubMed + 388 ClinicalTrials.gov) across 53 query runs — all 14 of your query combos plus per-nutrient and general-pediatric deficiency searches. 132 RCTs, 70 meta-analyses, 1,317 autism-specific, 98 animal studies (flagged, segregated from grading).

7. Speech/language-involving: 301 studies with directly-measured speech/language outcomes; 438 evidence rows across Question A (correcting confirmed deficiency, 48), Question B (supplementing without deficiency, 258), Question C (association, 142) — each with separate grades … (truncated)

17:39 — Founder

That's the publication-type backfill confirming clean completion — 1,499/1,499 studies stamped with NLM types. Already accounted for: that data fed the study-type corrections, the regrading, and the final PASS validation. Nothing new to act on.

The system is built and verified, standing by whenever you want to query it — /speechresearch <topic> or a plain question like "does correcting iron deficiency improve speech?"

18:26 — Jose

Adjust what you need from this one since it will go hand in hand

Extend the existing Autism Research & Evidence Agent with a production-ready Nutrient Deficiency + Speech, Language & Communication Research Module.

The spec is the governing document — I'll audit the built system against it and close every gap. Known deltas from v1: dashboard format not yet full-spec (missing "WHAT DEFICIENCY MAY AFFECT", age range, Yes/No speech-measured line, DOI/NCT/guideline sources), primary-vs-secondary endpoint flags not populated, intervention/dose extraction table empty, the 8-factor leaderboard not fully implemented, and nutrient auto-discovery not wired. Closing all of it now.

18:28 — Founder

Endpoint flags clean (127 primary / 212 secondary / 112 incidental, zero conflicts), 37 labeled dose rows extracted. Discovery works but caught junk terms ("this", "after", "acid") — tightening the filter and rebuilding the candidate list.

18:33 — Founder

Spec audit complete — every gap closed. Regression confirms all 9 test queries still pass. Updated report:

1. Files created/changed this pass:

  • endpoint_flags.py (new) — primary/secondary/incidental speech-endpoint flags
  • extract_doses.py (new) — intervention/dose extraction with mandatory label
  • discover.py (new) — automated new-nutrient discovery
  • leaderboard.py (new) — 8-factor evidence-only ranking
  • query.py (upgraded) — full spec dashboard
  • README.md (v2)

2. Database: endpoint flags populated — 127 primary / 212 secondary / 112 incidental, zero conflicts. 37 dose rows, every one labeled "DOSE USED IN STUDY — NOT A PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATION." Discovery table live: 1 qualifying candidate (probiotic, 3 studies incl. 1 RCT) — promotion stays manual for safety.

3–5. Agents/n8n/Telegram: unchanged by design — no Hermes agents, no workflows; /speechresearch + natural language run through me.

6–8. Data: 1,887 studies · 301 speech-linked · 37 documented-deficiency-linked · 438 graded evidence rows (A/B strictly separated).

9. Validation: PASS — 1,499/1,499 PMIDs, 1,396/1,396 DOIs, 388/388 NCTs verified; all integrity checks zero.

Dashboard now matches your spec exactly — verified live for iron: NUTRIENT → DEFICIENCY STATUS → COMMON CLINICAL EVALUATION → WHAT DEFICIENCY MAY AFFECT (evidence-supported only) → per-question grades → AUTISM-SPECIFIC vs GENERAL PEDIATRIC → HUMAN STUDIES (107) → RANDOMIZED TRIALS (7) → AGE RANGE STUDIED (0–49y) → SPEECH DIRECTLY MEASURED (Yes) → BOTTOM LINE → SAFETY → SOURCES (PMIDs, DOIs, WHO guideline links).

Leaderboard (evidence-only ranking, never popularity): 1. essential fatty acids (B, 3 RCT) · 2. folinic acid (B, 3 RCT) · 3. vitamin D (B, 3 RCT) · 4. B6 · 5. magnesium · 6. iron · 7. … (truncated)

Now that the Autism Research & Evidence Agent and the Nutrient Deficiency + Speech/Language Module have passed validation, proceed with the next phase:

PHASE 3 — INITIAL RESEARCH INGESTION, VALIDATION & EVIDENCE BASELINE

Do NOT redesign the architecture.

Use the existing:

/opt/hermes/workspaces/autism-evidence/

Use the existing PostgreSQL database, agents, evidence-grading system, safety rules, PubMed integration, ClinicalTrials.gov integration, and deficiency/speech module already created.

Do not modify unrelated Hermes, n8n, Redis, Coolify, Caddy, LoboDesk, WordPress, PostgreSQL databases, or server services.

Before making changes:

  1. Inspect the existing autism-evidence installation.
  2. Confirm previous validation still passes.
  3. Back up any database/schema/configuration file that will be modified.
  4. Confirm database connectivity.
  5. Confirm PubMed connectivity.
  6. Confirm ClinicalTrials.gov API connectivity.
  7. Confirm no credentials will appear in logs.

================================================== OBJECTIVE

Populate the Autism Evidence knowledge base with REAL research.

Build the first validated baseline covering:

Phase 3 begins. One correction up front: the live installation is at /opt/data/autism-evidence/ (SQLite), not /opt/hermes/workspaces/ with PostgreSQL — those paths don't exist on this machine. I proceed against the real installation without redesigning anything.

Pre-flight first: backup, connectivity, and prior validation.

18:44 — Founder

Operation interrupted.

18:44 — Jose

Use the real installation

18:45 — Founder

The real installation it is — /opt/data/autism-evidence/, already backed up, connectivity green. Continuing Phase 3.

18:51 — Founder

Pipeline complete — 3,169 studies, 189 RCTs, 86 meta-analyses. Discovery caught junk words again ("its", "that") — fixing, plus three spec requirements now actionable: nutrient promotion (melatonin, NAC, sulforaphane, probiotics, vitamin C, multivitamin were in your intervention list but not yet tracked entities), retraction detection, and validation status columns.

18:55 — Founder

The retraction sweep just earned its keep — 4 retracted studies caught, including the vitamin D autism RCT and a folinic acid RCT that were previously backing grade-B rows. They're now excluded; grades dropped accordingly (B: 40→38). Exactly what the spec demanded. Now the 9 leaderboards and the two flagship reports.

19:48 — Founder

Phase 3 complete — final report against your 24-point spec:

1. PubMed records discovered: 3,155 hits across 53 phase-3 queries (plus ~1,500 in the initial build). 2. Accepted: 3,169 studies total in the database. 3. Duplicates removed: 2,014 (1,901 PubMed + 113 ClinicalTrials.gov, deduped on PMID/NCT + normalized title). 4. Human studies: 2,736 PubMed articles — every PMID verified against NCBI, 2,736/2,736 pass, zero unresolvable. 5. RCTs: 189. 6. Systematic reviews/meta-analyses: 230 SR + 86 MA = 316. 7. ClinicalTrials.gov records: 433 — all NCT IDs verified, 433/433 pass. 8. Speech/language studies: 310 with directly-measured speech links (endpoint flags: 129 primary / 229 secondary / 102 incidental). 9. Deficiency-related: 48 Track-A (confirmed-deficiency correction) evidence rows; 37 studies with documented-deficiency subgroup links. 10. Supplement/nutrition studies: 2,494 of 3,169 linked to ≥1 tracked nutrient. 11. Interventions catalogued: 24 (added melatonin, NAC, sulforaphane, probiotics, vitamin C, multivitamin to the original 18, per your list). 12. Evidence assessments: 445 rows — A: 2, B: 38, C: 130, D: 263, N: 12. Never combined across Track A/B. 13–15. Leaderboards: all 9 written to reports/leaderboards.md (supplement, speech/language, deficiency-correction, sleep, GI/microbiome, most-studied, promising-preliminary, negative/conflicting, safety-concerns) + first_speech_report.md (tiered: moderate → insufficient, with real PMIDs per intervention, plus ongoing trials) + first_deficiency_report.md (autism-specific vs general-pediatric, evaluation tests, Track A vs B contrast). 16. Failed identifier validations: 8 malformed DOIs (publisher quirks) — repaired from NCBI authority or nulled; PMID … (truncated)

19:49 — Founder

Confirmed: VALIDATION: PASS — the DOI re-check landed clean.

Final Phase 3 validation:

  • PMIDs: 2,736/2,736 verified against NCBI ✓
  • DOIs: 2,522/2,522 resolve via doi.org, zero failures ✓
  • NCT IDs: 433/433 verified against ClinicalTrials.gov ✓
  • Integrity: zero violations — A/B separation intact, no speech grades without direct measurement, no unlabeled doses, all counts consistent ✓

The evidence baseline is fully validated: 3,169 real studies, 445 graded evidence rows with Track A / Track B strictly separated, 4 retracted studies caught and quarantined, all 9 leaderboards and both flagship reports generated. No fabricated identifiers anywhere in the database.

Standing rules stay in force: the system never diagnoses deficiency, never presents study doses as recommendations, and answers "insufficient verified evidence found" when the data doesn't support a claim.

Ready for Phase 4 whenever you are — recommended starting point: PMC full-text ingestion plus weekly incremental collection, then wiring the query engine into your Telegram as the live interface.

Give me a list of all ai engineers

22:05 — Founder

Of your 16 AI employees, these are the engineering roles:

Core engineers (write code):

  • Mission Control Engineer — AI Software Engineer (Platform team, builds Mission Control)
  • Business Programmer — Application Programmer (apps for Rodeno and Tang Soo Do)

Engineering-adjacent:

  • Business DevOps — automations, n8n, WordPress operations
  • Business CTO — architecture and technical direction (advises; doesn't ship code himself)
  • QA & Security Reviewer — reviews engineering work, deploy-candidate checks

That's 2 hands-on coders, 3 supporting engineering roles. The other 11 are business, support, research, and oversight roles.

Want me to assign any of them work? Standard loop applies: pick the employee, I validate and prepare, work runs isolated, you review the result.

22:26 — Jose

What is a business programmer do and responsibilities

22:28 — Founder

Business Programmer — application developer for your two client businesses: Rodeno and Tang Soo Do Karate.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement approved software tasks for those two businesses only
  • Write engineering notes documenting the approach
  • Draft patches as markdown (code changes written up as spec + diff proposal)
  • Prepare implementation checklists so the work can be executed and verified

Hard boundaries:

  • ❌ No production deploys — you approve any go-live
  • ❌ No Caddy, DNS, or production database writes
  • ❌ No touching LoboDesk Mission Control (that's the Mission Control Engineer's lane)
  • ❌ Works only for the business assigned in the task — refuses if handed anything else

One practical note: in the current workspace, the Rodeno portal and Tang Soo Do site files aren't mounted. So the Programmer's output is specs, patch proposals, and checklists written into that business's vault — not direct edits to production files. The typical flow: you assign a task → Programmer produces the patch spec and checklist → you approve → the change gets applied (by the Programmer if the files are mounted, or by DevOps/hands-on execution once approved).

If you want this employee to write and apply code directly, that's a capability change I can make — it would keep the same guardrails (no deploys without your sign-off). Want that, or keep it as spec-and-patch author?

what are the agents doing

11:27 — Founder

No agents running right now. Here's the board:

AI Employees — idle, nothing in review

  • Last action today: Business CEO drafted the weekly ops brief, then handed off to Business CRO with "Quote Essential for the beachhead." That CRO handoff never started — it's sitting open.

Notable: the live src/web/.next directory no longer exists (it did earlier — recorded mtime 1787859491). That predates my resumption and isn't from my session; the preview container's state is untouched by me per the standing directive. I'll verify build health via the isolated build only, and flag this observation in the report.

Build healthy (exit 0). Cleaning up the isolated build dir, recording the final diff summary, and finalizing:

All checks pass. Updating the employee-run ledger from blocked to completed with the child session recorded:

✅ Run 1 Resumed — All Checks Passed — Ledger Updated to completed

Run: aer-55dcc95f68a74577ab4b3cbde17147eb · mission-control-engineer · lobodesk Live collector: sha256 7ebf5ff4…146b270 ✓ exact match · 15219 bytes · 750, uid 0, gid 1000 (this container resolves gid 1000 as hermes; same numeric group your host calls debian) · git shows it as M scripts/collect-ai-employees.py

Validation suite — re-run against the live collector path (no overrides)

  • py_compile: OK (bytecode redirected — the root install left a root-owned scripts/__pycache__/ I can't write into)
  • Python suite: 35/35 OK (now resolving the live scripts/ path by default)
  • TS reader/parity tests (node --test): 36/36 pass
  • tsc --noEmit: OK · npm run lint: exit 0 · git diff --check: clean
  • Isolated production build (temp copy, live .next untouched): exit 0
  • End-to-end contract: the production artifact the new collector published at 06:54 is accepted by the reader validator — 4 employees, only read_only/read_write modes, all workspace paths absolute+normalized

Scheduled refresh with the new collector — confirmed working

The scheduled refresh ran at 06:54:01–03 (after your 06:52:14 install): all 8 data/*.json regenerated in refresh-script order, exit success, zero .tmp residue, artifact landed 640 root:gid1000. The secure-before-replace and cleanup paths are proven in production.

Generated data vs engineering changes (distinguished)

  • Engineering (the Run 1 change): scripts/collect-ai-employees.py (+323/−…) and src/web/src/lib/ai-employees.ts (81 lines) — this is the reviewed diff
  • Generated (not engineering): the 5 modified data/*.json are refresh output — including pre-existing modifications from … (truncated)

how come I cannot type on ai.lobodesk.com

01:42 — Founder

Let me diagnose from the outside first — DNS, HTTP response, then the actual page behavior:

01:42 — Founder

DNS resolves (same host as mission.lobodesk.com), but a HEAD request returns HTTP 501 from HermesWebUI/exp-v0.52.142 behind Caddy. Let me see the actual page and test it interactively:

01:43 — Founder

The site is up — GET redirects to a Hermes sign-in page (the 501 was just the HEAD quirk). Let me test whether the input field actually accepts typing, and check for JavaScript errors:

01:43 — Founder

Automation typing succeeded — but let me check the console for JavaScript errors and visually confirm the field state, since the automation path and a real keyboard/IME path can differ:

01:44 — Founder

Good news first: the site itself is healthy. Here's what I just verified from both the network side and a real browser session:

Server-side (all ✅)

  • DNS resolves: ai.lobodesk.com → 208.113.211.161 (same host as mission.lobodesk.com), TLS fine, served via Caddy → HermesWebUI
  • Page loads: GET / → 302 → login page renders (the odd 501 on HEAD is a server quirk, not a fault)
  • Zero JavaScript errors in the console
  • I programmatically typed into the [redacted] field and screenshot-confirmed the text appears — field renders, focuses, and accepts input (see the filled dots + cursor in my test)

So the page you're on should accept typing. That points to something client-side or a different spot in the app than the one I tested. The usual suspects, in order of likelihood:

  1. Browser extension interference ([redacted] manager, ad blocker, privacy extension) hijacking or hiding the input
  2. Stale cached JS in your browser
  3. You're past the login and it's the chat composer that won't accept input — that's a different component than what I tested
  4. Keyboard/IME issue on the device

The fastest discriminator: open the site in an incognito/private window and try typing there.

01:55 — Founder

I didn't receive the screenshot — it looks like the image didn't come through on my end (only your text arrived).

Could you resend it? Either:

  • attach the photo again in this chat, or
  • just tell me the URL in your address bar and what's on screen (login box? chat window? blank page?)

That will tell me exactly which surface is frozen — the login field (which I verified accepts input from a real browser), the chat composer after sign-in, or something else entirely.

01:55 — Jose

the image says read-only imported sessinons cannot be modified

01:56 — Founder

That explains it — and it also explains why my earlier checks came back clean. The site isn't broken; you're looking at an imported session in the Hermes web UI, and those are read-only by design. Let me confirm the exact behavior from the docs before giving you the workaround:

01:56 — Founder

Operation interrupted: waiting for model response (1.8s elapsed).

01:56 — Jose

but i was trying to type to get an answer

01:57 — Jose

ok i can. see it

01:57 — Founder

Ah — that's it exactly. Nothing is broken. The screen you opened is a mirrored history of a conversation that lives on Telegram (like this one). Imported sessions are read-only by design — they're a record, not a live chat, so the composer is disabled and the banner you saw is just explaining that.

To ask a question, you have two easy options:

1. Start a fresh chat on the site Look for a "New chat" / "New session" button (usually at the top of the left sidebar or a + icon). That opens a live, writable session where you can type normally and I'll answer right there.

2. Just ask me here on Telegram This chat is a live session with the same agent, same memory, same tools. Anything you ask here I'll handle directly.

So: the login page, the site, and typing all work — you were simply inside a read-only copy of a Telegram conversation. Hit "New chat" and you're good to go.

01:57 — Founder

Perfect — you're in the live chat now, which is why the input works.

Quick recap so it makes sense: the screen that said "read-only imported sessions cannot be modified" was an imported conversation copy (a transcript pulled in from your Telegram history). Those are archive views — you can read them, but the input box is intentionally disabled there.

To get answers, use exactly what you're doing now:

  • Type in this chat — it's the live workspace session, or
  • "New chat" starts a fresh conversation, or
  • Message me on Telegram — same agent, same memory, whichever surface is convenient.

Nothing was broken on the site — it was just pointing you at the wrong kind of session.

02:09 — Founder

Soul picked up. Operating as your Founder AI from here.

What that means in practice: direct answers first, business language only, investigate before I propose, and nothing changes without your explicit go-ahead. Live LoboDesk data comes from authorized sources, not memory.
