Good news first: the Run 1 hardening has since been committed (2793e32) — and there's been a lot of new work in the workspace after that. Let me pull the full picture: commit dates, all working-tree changes, and whether the main lobodesk.com site has its own history.

Here's everything visible to me, split by surface — because "lobodesk.com" is actually three different things:

1. The Mission Control repo (what I can see in full)

Committed history (4 commits):

  • 02e2996 Aug 27 09:52 — Baseline before AI employee activation
  • 5e6fb4c Aug 27 19:37 — Add registered AI employees to Mission Control
  • 0f8adf7 Aug 28 02:11 — docs: approve AI employee snapshot hardening
  • 2793e32 Aug 28 07:13 — your Run 1 hardening, now committed ✓

Uncommitted work since then — this is the big one: 49 changed/new paths, ~17,000 lines touched. A major new build landed in the working tree:

  • Shop-finder feature — shop-board.ts, shop-finder.ts, shop-niches.ts, shop-pipeline.ts, /shop pages, public/shop-sites/ (8 sites), n8n workflow JSONs
  • Live ops — scripts/collect-live-activity.py, data/live-activity.json, live-ops.ts + component
  • New UI — page.tsx (324 lines changed), globals.css (625), new api/, automations/, clients/, preview/, unsub/ routes, ai-employee-directory, business-home, mpt-source-uploads components
  • Docs — dental-retell-agent.json, dental-retell-es-n8n.json, business-brain/
  • Misc — prefs/ (28 files), refresh-script changes, data/*.json drift from scheduled refreshes

None of this is committed yet — it's all sitting uncommitted in the workspace.

2. lobodesk.com (the marketing site)

It's live and healthy (HTTP 200, serving the LoboDesk help-desk landing page). But I can't see its change history from here — its source isn't in this workspace, so I can only observe its current state, not what changed or when.

3. ai.lobodesk.com / mission.lobodesk.com (Hermes WebUI)

Same host, session-based — no file history applies.
